Miriam Babirye Kaggwa

Miriam is an Associate Partner at the Firm and head of our Not for profit Advisory Practice.

Her practice focuses mainly on insurance, not for profits and real estate.

She has undertaken numerous real estate projects and has assisted clients acquire commercial real estate. She has developed a reputation for the attention to detail in her due diligence investigations for our clients. She handles the management of the real estate portfolios for some of her high net worth clients.

Miriam has assisted many clients in all aspects of real estate transactions. She regularly drafts all real estate documentation. Her approach is understanding the unique nature of each client interest in every transaction. She works closely with the government officials in Uganda to ensure timely handling of our client land matters.
