Adania Annet Bada

Annet is a Partner at the Firm and Head of our Litigation practice.

She has appeared before the highest courts of law in Uganda. She has handled some of the complex commercial dispute resolution matters for our clients over the years. She has considerable experience in investigations and has developed a solid reputation in both civil and criminal litigation in the legal circles.

Annet has been involved in some of the leading cases in Uganda. Annet has assisted Clients in high profile litigation matters at all stages until the final judgment.

She has had specialised training in trial advocacy by the National Institute of Trial Advocacy. She has trained in arbitration, dispute resolution and modern litigation tools.

Annet is passionate about mediation and heads our pro-bono practice. Annet has been at the forefront of some the public interest litigation efforts in Uganda. She is a renowned member of the FIDA Uganda (Association of Women Lawyers).
Her practice focuses mainly on Commercial Litigation, Arbitration and criminal law.
