CPA Ronald Mutumba is a Practicing Accountant and Insolvency Practitioner.

Ronald is an experienced Certified Public Accountant with a strong background in financial management, Corporate Restructuring and taxation. Ronald has a proven track record of providing expert financial guidance and execution of Insolvency Proceedings.

Ronald holds an MBA (UMU, Nkozi), a CPA Uganda and is also a Certified Tax Advisor (CTA Uganda). Ronald has over 15 years’ experience in roll out of finance, accounting and risk management functions for start-up organisations including MTN Uganda, Warid Telecom, Smile Communications Uganda Ltd and Afrimax Uganda (T/A Vodafone Uganda) among others.

Ronald also has over 20 years’ experience of lecturing business and finance modules for the Professional Accountancy courses including CPA Uganda and ACCA especially for Financial Management subjects, Taxation and Integration of Knowledge.
